Simple steps to get a Flat Stomach

1) Drink water – Drink lot of water that FullyRaw vitamin infused lemonade when you wake up.

Sit ups don't burn body fat off your stomach, these people burn some calories (very few) but for the most part they are simply building bigger abdominal muscles. To get rid of the fat around your stomach region, simply cut a few calories from your diet, perform more aerobic exercises (jog, operate, bike, swim) and you'll observe much more progress.
