• Stress is a real fact of life, but it need not be a mode of life even stress can affect anyone including me, you or others at anytime so if you want to managing your stress effectively then you need to consult your doctor for further advices.

• Learn to relax that provides information about muscle tension reduction exercise and breathing exercises.

• Talk rationally to yourself

• Get organized means to develop a realistic schedule of daily activities including time of day, evening and night.

• Try to keep yourself physically fit by doing exercise including in some sort of physical activity.

Exercise is the best way. You might talk to a friend as well as someone you believe in. A good walk usually help people feel better and obtain a perspective on their own problems.

yes, learn to relax play a major role. For me, when i try to relax, i just lock myself in my room and listen to a song that will help me erase all my negative thoughts.

Relax plays a important role to reduce stress.. So take a sleep of at-least 8 hours in a day. Drink plenty of water and meditation daily.
